The latest version among loading and unloading roller boxes machines is the solution equipped with two different boxes which grants high performance in terms of speed and reliability.
It works very easily inserting the tiles rows, in square sets, into the roller boxes, through special roller conveyors. That allows a more careful treatment of the product and higher performance in terms of loading/unloading speed.
A further advantage is that when one of the two boxes is full, the machine can start working with the second one, without using any local device to change boxes and/or grid compenser.
The roller boxes are positioned/collected directly from their loading/unloading stations by the automatic laser guided vehicle.
